Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and are currently working on a mitigation. We will provide an update by Monday, 2024-06-17 14:00 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. **Customer Symptoms:** - Google Chat users may experience high latency, unable to load chat, open chat rooms, or send messages. - Some Google Meet users are having issues joining the meetings. - Some Google Drive users are experiencing elevated latencies and error rates - Some Google Docs users are experiencing issues where they see "Name loading" in comments. **Workaround:** None at this time.
